Chelsea to sign Juventus striker on free transfer?

Chelsea have entered talks with the representative of Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic about a free transfer this summer, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Serbian has been a key player for the Bianconeri, but has decided to pursue a new challenge. He will walk away when his contract expires on June 30.

A Premier League move is a tempting option for the former Fiorentina man and it is claimed that Chelsea are weighing up a contract offer for the talented striker.

Vlahovic was on a staggering £350,000 per week during his final season at Juventus, but he is prepared to take a big pay cut if he receives a hefty signing-on fee.

If Chelsea were to sign Vlahovic on a free transfer, it could pave the way for multiple striker exits. Nicolas Jackson, Liam Delap and Marc Guiu could all be sold.

Jackson is on the radar of Newcastle United and Aston Villa. Delap has also been linked with multiple including the Magpies ahead of the summer transfer window.
