Milan close in on Berbatov

AC Milan are understood to be moving ever closer to landing their summer striker target. Dimitar Berbatov has emerged as the one they have their hearts set on signing.
The Bulgarian international has always hinted he is unhappy at Tottenham, and after he returns from his summer holidays it is believed he will be in discussions with Milan.
AC Milan are ready to pay a massive £22 million to land the Bulgarian international; and the Rossoneri's board and directors have hinted they will land a forward this summer.
Milan are understood to have missed out on Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor, but now Dimitar Berbatov has emerged as the primary target.
