Man Utd striker on his way to Juventus?

Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee could be on his way to Juventus before the transfer window closes tomorrow night.

The Dutchman has been a fringe player for the Mancunian giants and has not featured in the first two games of the Premier League season.

It is quite clear that he is out of favour under manager Michael Carrick and Corriere dello Sport claim that Juventus are keen to land his services.

Fiorentina were initially leading the race for the former Bologna man, but they have distanced themselves after signing Everton's Beto.

The Bianconeri are now in pole position to sign the 25-year-old United ace. They have proposed an initial loan deal with a £25m buy option.

United are still contemplating whether to accept the proposal. Zirkzee's departure may not see the club pursue another centre-forward.

They have Benjamin Sesko as the main man upfront, while Marcus Rashford, Matheus Cunha and Byran Mbeumo can play there too.
