Arsenal star poised to start on the left wing vs Forest

Arsenal star Noni Madueke is poised to get the nod on the left wing when the Gunners take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Gunners travel to City Ground for Sunday's encounter, and ahead of the game, there is clarity on who could start from the left wing position.

Madueke started in the role against Leeds United last weekend after regular Christos Tzolis was ruled out for several weeks with a hamstring issue.

The Englishman did not make a direct goal contribution, but he provided a crucial cross that contributed to the equaliser before Arsenal won (2-1).

Madueke played on the right wing against Lille in the Champions League in midweek, but he looks poised to return on the left flank this weekend.

Arteta has been impressed by the attacker's reaction after a rough start to the season. He provided the assist for the opener against Lille recently.

It remains to be seen whether Madueke can continue to get better.
