Man City in for Ferrari?

Manchester City are reportedly ready to offer former Everton defender Matteo Ferrari a lucrative deal to come back to the Premiership. The Italian is a hot property and out of contract.

The 28-year-old is out of contract at Roma this summer and available on a Bosman free transfer, with Serie A giants Juventus and Milan showing an interest already.

It is understood that Mark Hughes will be offering the defender a lucrative package to help sweeten the deal for the defender.
