Guerron: I am happy at Getafe

Joffre Guerrón has said that he is glad to be at Spanish club Getafe. Guerron was signed by Getafe this summer from Liga de Quito.

Guerron won the Copa Libertodores final with his Ecuadorian club this week but he had already signed for Getafe.

Now that he is moving the long way to Spain and Getafe, Joffre Guerron seems very much concentrated on the future rather than dwell on the past.

"This shirt is my future," he said, donning a Getafe kit given to him by a Marca journalist at the Maracana.

"I am very happy to have signed for Getafe. I leave Ecuador with the record straight and I can go calmly knowing the joy we gave the country."
