Man City move for Roque?

Manchester City are reportedly considering a move for Blackburn's striker Roque Santa Cruz. Mark Hughes is apparently eager to bring one of his former signings to his new club.

Santa Cruz has been heavily linked with a transfer away from Ewood Park all summer, and Man City are reportedly ready to lodge a £15 million offer to nab the forward.

City have already signed Jo and missed out on Ronaldinho this summer; however, Hughes has reportedly been told there is enough money in the kitty to bring in one more striker as he prepares to mount a challenge for European football.
