Oddo: why I chose Bayern, not Lyon

Italian international right back Massimo Oddo has revealed the reasons behind deciding to join Bayern Munich and not Lyon on transfer deadline day.

“I respect OL, but Bayern are Bayern,” Oddo told L’Equipe.

“This club have been part of Europe’s top six for a long time and have a huge tradition for titles.

“And the Bundesliga is more attractive.”
