Robinho: I can be City's best

Robinho believes that he can be Man City's best ever signing, and that he can become the best player in the world at Eastlands. Robinho joined from Real Madrid in the summer for £32.5 million.

"I am going to be the best in the world," Robinho told Brazilian magazine Placar.

"I can do it at Manchester City. I want to be the best in the world, win the World Cup and return to Santos and win the Copa Libertadores.

"A lot of people believe that is harder here because of the team but I think it's easier as I am a regular starter. At Madrid I only started important matches.

"They (Madrid) might be the best club in the world but for me the best team is the one where you can play every game. It is no use to me being in a good side as a substitute."
