Boateng to Middlesbrough?

Kevin Prince Boateng has been linked with a permanent move to Middlesbrough at the end of the season. Gareth Southgate has been monitoring the youngster's appearances for sometime, and could offer a £4 million deal to secure the signing of the youngster.

Harry Redknapp has reportedly but a block on all transfers to give him time to evaluate the abilities of his entire squad, but Boateng is believed to be one of the first to feel the cull.

Formerly of Hertha Berlin, Boateng has failed miserably to live up to expectations at White Hart Lane.
