Cudicini set for Tottenham

Tottenham are set to replace the outgoing Spanish goalkeeper Cesar with a signing from Chelsea. Carlo Cudicini is looking set to arrive at White Hart Lane in a 1.5 million GBP deal.

It is understood that Cudicini has decided that he wants to stay in London, but wants more regular first-team action.

A move to Tottenham could now be on the cards, where Gomes will still remain the number 1 at White Hart Lane, but will find his competition significantly improved.
