Everton chasing Mutu?

One of the most shocking rumours from this morning has emerged from Italy, where there are reports that Everton have made a £10 million offer for Fiorentina striker Adrian Mutu.

The Romanian international famously was sacked by Chelsea four years ago after admitting he had taken cocaine.

However, the striker has since rebuilt his career and has been one of Fiorentina's most consistent players.

David Moyes is known to be on the look out for a striker, after failing to lure Jo from Man City on a full time deal.

Mutu is apparently keen to return to the Premiership one more time.
