Delph will cost £8 million

Leeds United are looking for an £8 million fee if they are to consider selling Fabian Delph. Tottenham and Sunderland are both considering a swoop for the England under-21 midfielder.

Delph is regarded as one of the brightest talents in the Championship and is keen to make a move elsewhere to progress.

However, with his hefty price tag, it is unlikely any clubs will be looking to land the talented youngster any time soon.
