Tottenham chasing Forlan

Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan, according to reports emanating from Spain this morning. Forlan is valued by his club in the region of 15 million GBP.

Forlan helped Atletico Madrid to UEFA Cup success this year, and Forlan was influential in the defeat of Fulham in the final.

The interest of Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp comes at a time when Roman Pavlyuchenko could well be on the way out of White Hart Lane with a move to Bordeaux mentioned.
