Makelele: we need away wins

Claude Makalele has insisted that Chelsea must start winning away from home in the rest of the Champions League matches after their disappointing start to the campaign with a 1-1 draw with Rosenborg.

The 1-1 draw left the Londoners in a tight position as far as the qualification for the further stage is concerned.

The Frenchman was quoted in Marca as saying: "We have to win points in games away from home. It will not be easy to qualify from this group after we drew the first game.

"After what has happened in the last few games and with everything that is happening at Chelsea we have to win this one."
