Zarate move to Premiership off?

Lazio striker Mauro Zarate is preparing to stay in Rome next season, after admitting for the first time that his immediate future lies with his current club.

"I have chosen to remain at Lazio,'' said Zarate.

Newcastle has been linked with a move for the striker, having continued their pursuit for a proper replacement for Andy Carroll, who joined Liverpool in January.

However, his suitors will be disappointed to hear that the Argentina international wants to stay at the club.
