Aston Villa hunt Sebastien Frey

Alex Mcleish may make a shock offer for French goalkeeper Sebastien Frey, currently of Fiorentina. According to reports, the Italian side will let the 31 year old leave this summer.

Several other Italian clubs have been linked with the former Parma man, but it appears the player himself would prefer to make a move to the Premiership.

Aston Villa are in the market for a new goalkeeper after veteran Brad Friedel joined Tottenham at the end of last season.
