Chelsea keen on Vargas, but no offer yet
Chelsea are tracking Chilean starlet Eduardo Vargas, but have yet to make a concrete offer for the Universidad de Chile hot shot. The 22 year old is widely considered to be the best player in the Chilean domestic league, whilst some compare him to Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez.
