On Monday Sunderland travel to the City of Manchester Stadium as Man City attempt to hit form again after a 6-0 thrashing by Chelsea last weekend. A win for City would be a sixth straight victory for the Citizens, who have a 100 percent Premiership record against the Black Cats.

Micah Richards is likely to miss out with a bruised knee, whilst winger Martin Petrov is available again after a toe injury.

Sunderland will be without suspended duo Paul McShane and Greg Halford for Monday night's trip to Eastlands.

Kenwyne Jones has recovered from a calf problem, but fellow forwards Dwight Yorke (calf) and Roy O'Donovan (ankle) are rated at 50-50 for the clash.
