AS Roma to sign Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa
Roma have wrapped up a deal to sign French defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa as the player arrives in Italy this afternoon to undergo a medical with the Serie A giants.
Newcastle signed the defender only just last season but he has failed to live up to expectations and Alan Pardew has agreed to let the defender move on.
Yanga-Mbiwa will join the Roman club as competition for Ashley Cole, who joined on a free transfer from Chelsea during the summer.
