Andrea Pirlo to quit Milan?
Andrea Pirlo could well be allowed to quit AC Milan, according to the club president Silvio Berlusconi. Chelsea and Man Utd are known to be interested in the Italian international.
"If there's an offer, it should be considered," Berlusconi told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "We'll see. I was the first to say that he must stay, but then they showed me the sums (for his salary)."
Pirlo is one of the most important players at the San Siro, but Berlusconi is apparently unwilling to meet the players £6 million per season demands.
