Wayne Routledge is heading to Swansea City, according to a report on Monday morning. It is understood that Brendan Rogers has made an offer of £1.5m for the winger.
Routledge will be allowed to leave Newcastle in the coming days after the Swansea offer was accepted.
In addition, Newcastle will be receiving funds that will help them in their chase for Mevlut Erdinc, the striker who is at the top of Alan Pardew's transfer shortlist.
