Mateo Kovacic potential move to Arsenal has supposedly fallen through at the final hurdle. It is understood that Dinamo Zagreb's asking price for the player had put Arsene Wenger off.
The 17 year old attacking midfielder is widely regarded to be one of the best young prospects in the East of Europe, and Arsenal were set to offer 2m GBP to bring him to the club.
However, it is understood that Arsenal's first bid for the player has been rejected and they will not renew their interest.
