Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has instructed his scouts to monitor young Feyenoord midfielder Jordy Clasie in action. The 20 year old has recently made his first appearance for Feyenoord's starting XI.

The player spent last season on loan at Feyenoord's feeder club Excelsior, and impressed sufficiently during the past season to receive a recall back to Feyenoord.



A mixed season so far for Feyenoord has seen Clasie earn a number of first team opportunities, and according to insidefutbol.com, Chelsea could be poised to make a surprise move for the Dutchman.
