Both Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping an eye on Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Marco Reus, with a view to signing him in January.
Reus has established himself as an integral part of the Monchengladbach side, and is able to operate as an attacking midfielder and even supporting striker. This versatility has attracted the attention of both Arsenal Wenger and Alex Ferguson.
Arsenal want him to make up for the loss of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri in the summer, while United want him to provide more attacking impetus to their midfield.
According to The Guardian, both teams will look to sign him in the winter transfer window and it is believed that Monchengladbach are holding out for an â¬18 million transfer fee.
