Chelsea to make Cheick Tiote offer

Newcastle midfielder Cheick Tiote is top of Andre Villas-Boas' shortlist for a January transfer move, according to the Sunday Mirror. The report suggests that Tiote would be allowed to leave for 20m GBP.
