A five points lead at the top of the table is all that separates Man City from city rivals Man Utd, but City could extend that lead to 8 points with a victory against Norwich today as United prepare for a tough late afternoon game at Aston Villa.

 • Enzo Fernandez refuses to rule out Chelsea exit
 • Manchester City have the benefit of two and a half hours to potentially enjoy an 8 point lead at the top of the league today, as Manchester United take on Aston Villa at Villa Park later on this evening.
City are riding high this season and their form shows no signs of a slow down. City beat Arsenal at the Emirates during midweek, with the Citizens' youngsters fast chase down the Carling Cup for their silverware cupboard.
City remain unbeaten this year in the Premier League, but Norwich have been making progress of their own as the newly promoted Canaries enjoy a comfortable 10th place in the league table.
Norwich ended a four match streak of defeats with a 2-1 win over QPR last week, and look forward to building on that at the Etihad Stadium today; but their last win in Manchester - against both United and City - came way back in 1989.
TEAMS
Mario Balotelli and Gareth Barry return for the Citizens after suspensions, whilst Zak Whitbread and Daniel Ayala return from injury for Norwich.

EYEFOOTBALL PREDICTION
Man City 4-0 Norwich

FIRST GOALSCORER
Edin Dzeko
