Liverpool target Luuk de Jong eyes England move

FC Twente striker Luuk de Jong today admitted that his dream would be to finally complete a move to the Premier League. Liverpool appear to be in the driving seat for his signature.

  • The player, valued at around 6.5m GBP, has no desire to quit FC Twente at the moment but admits that he would one day like to leave for a foreign league.<br />

    <span>"I'm still very happy playing for FC Twente," De Jong said. <br /></span><br />

    <span>"But every player has dreams, mine is to play in a nice foreign competition one day. And the Premier League is a really nice competition. I don't have real plans for the future -- I'll see what comes my way."</span>
