QPR make 5m offer for Samba

Queens Park Rangers have had a 5m GBP offer for Blackburn defender Christopher Samba rejected. The burly centre back is reportedly unhappy at Ewood Park, and representatives of the player are supposedly looking for a new club for the player.

  • Samba has been a revelation since arriving at Blackburn, and has been persistently linked with a move away from Ewood Park. At one point, even Arsenal were interested in the defender.<br />

    According to several reports, Samba could be forced to stay at Blackburn as QPR's most recent offer of 5m GBP  has been rejected.<br />

    Rangers - bankrolled by Malaysian tycoon Tony Fernandes - could make a renewed bid for Samba worth around 5.5m GBP in the coming few days.
