Man Utd manager labels Suarez a disgrace

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson branded Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez a 'disgrace' yesterday, after the Liverpool forward refused to shake the hand of United full back Patrice Evra.

  • Chelsea make first move to sign Xabi Alonso
  • United won the game 2-1, but the events were overshadowed by Suarez's lack of respect for Evra during the pre-match buildup, where Suarez decided not to shake the hand of the French full back.<br />

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson suggested that Liverpool should sell the striker due to his disrespectful actions yesterday: “Suarez is a disgrace to Liverpool Football Club. He should not be allowed to play for Liverpool again. He could have caused a riot.”
