Spanish giants Barcelona are the latest team to have been linked with a move for Athletic Bilbao starlet Javi Martinez. The 23-year-old has been monitored by Roberto Mancini's side, and Barca could offer a massive 15 million package to secure his signature.
The 23-year-old has been in excellent form for Bilbao over the past two years, and has recently enjoyed international recognition for Spain, playing seven times for the national team.
Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola has been told that he will have a transfer kitty of over 25 million GBP to spend in the summer, and Javi Martinez is reportedly on his shortlist.
