Pastore eyes Higuain at PSG

04 March 2012 - 05:39

Paris St Germain midfielder Javier Pastore wants to see his international colleague Gonzalo Higuain at the Parc Des Princes. PSG are backed by wealthy Qatari investors, and are believed to be planning a 100 Euro spending spree in the summer.

 • Enzo Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea
 • Man Utd set to hold contract talks with experienced star
 • Higuain is one of the most highly rated strikers in Europe and has impressed this year for Real Madrid. In recent games, though, Jose Mourinho has left Higuain on the bench as he chose other strike options instead.
Subsequently there remains question marks and doubts over the long term future of Higuain at the Bernabeu.
"I'd like to bring over a player like Higuain," Pastore told CNN. "He would be a very important part of our team and could make a big difference in France.
"I have a good relationship with him but we haven't talked. He's at Real Madrid, it's not like he's at a club that's smaller than Paris Saint-Germain."
