Vincent Kompany is expected to put pen to paper this week on a fresh four year contract at the Etihad Stadium. The Belgium international will earn a massive 110,000 GBP per week on his new contract.
Roberto Mancini has been keen to wrap up new deals for his star players in recent months, and news that Kompany will be set to agree a deal will be a welcome boost.<br />
Kompany's representatives have been locked in talks with City for over two weeks, and terms have now been agreed. City are expected to announce the new contract on Wednesday next week.
