  • The highly rated 23 year old striker has forced his way into first team action at Spartak this year, and against city rivals CSKA he put Spartak Moscow in front at the Luzhniki Stadium.

Villa scouts have been tracking Dzyuba for over two months, and see Dzyuba as the perfect replacement for Emile Heskey, who will be allowed to quit Villa Park at the end of the season. At 6 foot 4, Villa scouts are impressed with Dzyuba's height and his agility for such a large striker, and are now weighing up a 6 million Euro offer for the international striker.
