Darren Bent on verge of QPR switch?

Darren Bent on verge of QPR switch?

29 November 2012 - 05:58

Aston Villa striker Darren Bent might be on the verge of a sensational move to Queens Park Rangers. The out of favour forward has told his representatives that he will quit Villa if he isn't able to soon force his way into the first team.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
 • Bent has been linked with a move to both Liverpool and Fulham in recent months, but it appears that Queens Park Rangers are the new favourites to land the striker on loan until the end of the season.
Manager Harry Redknapp is desperate to add some new faces to his squad in the January transfer window, and seemingly sees Bent as the perfect option to his lack of goals so far this year.
Rangers are currently lying bottom in the Premier League and Redknapp has been given the job of changing their fortunes.
