QPR chasing Porto man Rolando

25 January 2013 - 07:01

Queens Park Rangers have turned their attentions to a new defensive target, after Sylvain Distin yesterday signed a new 1 year contract at Everton. Manager Harry Redknapp wants to bring in Porto defender Rolando.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • The Portuguese international - capped 18 times by his country - is available at a paltry 2.8 million Euros, almost half of the amount quoted to Chelsea two years ago when they were considering a move for the centre back.<br />

Martin Olsson remains a target for QPR, but Rolando appears to be the new name at the top of their list as they scour Europe for defensive reinforcements.
