23 April 2013 - 05:08

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted that the club will appeal the red card picked up by Olivier Giroud during last weekend's 1-0 win over Fulham. The striker is currently facing a 3 match ban.

  • Chelsea set to sign Crystal Palace star for £47m
  • Man Utd aiming to beat Liverpool to 25yo midfielder
  • "Giroud said to me that he slipped at the moment he went for the ball and it's confirmed by the television," Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said after the match on Saturday.

The Gunners have already registered their appeal to the FA.
