Borussia Dortmund are ready to make an offer for Arsenal's striker Lukas Podolski. The Germany international is being lined up as a replacement for Mario Gotze, who has joined bitter rivals Bayern Munich.
Podolski has had a relatively good first season at Arsenal, despite a perceived lack of playing time as he played second choice striker to Olivier Giroud for much of the year.
Despite the forward telling reporters that he has no plans to quit the Emirates for a move elsewhere, we understand that his representatives are ready to engineer a move to Borussia Dortmund in time for the new season.
The Gunners will not listen to any offers for Podolski unless a 20 million Euro price tag is matched.
