New Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wants to raid his former club Porto to sign central defender Ellaquim Mangala. The highly rated 22-year-old is an important member of Porto's first team, so would command a reported 20 million Euro fee.

David Luiz has been linked with a surprise move away from Chelsea to Barcelona, leaving Jose Mourinho on the lookout for replacements for the Brazilian.<br />

He appears to have turned to Mangala, the former Standard Liege centre back. Since moving to Porto Mangala has been hugely successful and remains on the cusp of a call up to the full French national team side.<br />

An offer is reported to have already been made for the player.
