New Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wants to raid his former club Porto to sign central defender Ellaquim Mangala. The highly rated 22-year-old is an important member of Porto's first team, so would command a reported 20 million Euro fee.
David Luiz has been linked with a surprise move away from Chelsea to Barcelona, leaving Jose Mourinho on the lookout for replacements for the Brazilian.
He appears to have turned to Mangala, the former Standard Liege centre back. Since moving to Porto Mangala has been hugely successful and remains on the cusp of a call up to the full French national team side.
An offer is reported to have already been made for the player.
