  • A host of big names have been mentioned with a possible move to the Parc Des Princes, including former Man City coach Roberto Mancini. However, PSG's mega rich owners have decided that Andre Villas-Boas represents the best possible candidate for a sustainable long term future.

The French champions are desperate to keep hold of Carlo Ancelotti, but the Italian boss dreams of managing Real Madrid. Real are on the look out for a replacement for Jose Mourinho, who parted company with the team at the end of last season.

Andre Villas-Boas enjoyed a largely successful first year at Spurs, just missing out on Champions League qualification to bitter rivals Arsenal on the last day of the year. Despite that setback most Spurs fans think that AVB is the right man for the job, and chairman Daniel Levy is eager to keep the Portuguese boss at the club.

Villas-Boas has three years remaining on his current deal at White Hart Lane, so the Parisien giants would have to buy out the remainder of the length of his contract, which is believed to be worth around 7.5 million Euros.
