Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has been scouring Europe for a new striker to partner Spanish forward Michu and, according to the Sunday Mirror, has decided Lyon's forward Gomis is the perfect match.<br />

The French international had a wonderful season last year grabbing 16 goals in 34 games for his team.<br />

Cardiff City have also been considering a bid for the 27-year-old frontman.
