Ajax Coach De Boer Says Eriksen Is Free To Leave The Club

Ajax coach Frank de Boer has admitted that he has no intentions of forcing Christian Eriksen to stay at the club against his wishes. He has admitted that the club would not stand against Eriksen, who has been strongly linked with a move to Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool.

    De Boer has revealed that he holds nothing against the 21-year-old, whose prospects of leaving for Anfield are strong.<br />

    The Dutchman, in his interview said, "It is up to Christian what he wants”<br />

    "If he feels good going to Liverpool, then it is up to him. I would want nothing more than having him with us for a few more years.<br />

    "But we realise the interest in this kind of player is huge. And I can also understand that he wants to make another step in his career. I can't stop him."
