Fellaini Prefers United Over Arsenal

16 July 2013 - 18:14

Everton midfielder, Marouane Fellaini, will reportedly choose a switch to Manchester United over Arsenal, should both the clubs make a move for him.

 • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
 • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
 • Although neither of the clubs has made an official move for him, but it is believed that the clubs are interested in the player. Fellaini’s release clause is worth around £23.5million.
Both the clubs, United and Arsenal, are looking to revamp their sides, with Arsenal looking for a quality striker and United, now-a-days, keen on landing Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona.
It is understood that Fellaini is a target for both the clubs, but in the case of both the clubs placing an offer for him, it is expected that the 25-year-old will prefer moving to the Old Trafford, considering a reunion with former boss David Moyes, who brought him to England from Standard Liege.
United are looking prepared to lure the former Arsenal captain, Cesc Fabregas, to the club. An initial offer of £26million was earlier rejected by Barcelona but United are hopeful of bouncing back in the race with another audacious bid in excess of £30million.
