Despite Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney looking for a way out of Old Trafford, the England international will not be joining Paris St Germain after Laurent Blanc confirmed that he is not a target for the French team.
"He is an amazing player, his qualities are well known by everyone," Blanc told reporters. "But in attack we are well supplied.
"We will rather look for players in midfield. If there should be another reinforcement, it should be in that position.
"Rooney could play anywhere, but his best position is in the heart of attack."
