<strong>Liverpool's American owner John Henry's latest tweet appears to mock Arsenal's recent&nbsp;&pound;40 million plus one bid for their Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez.</strong>

Henry tweeted&nbsp;"What do you think they are smoking over there at Emirates" at 2 am local time in Boston but it remains to be verified if it was in direct reference to the Gunners' latest offer.&nbsp;<br />

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers had clearly stated that the club wishes to keep the striker at Anfield despite Suarez's desire to leave for a new club. However, he left a window of opportunity open for the interested clubs by saying the club would be willing to talk if the right offer is made.<br />

Arsenal's new offer triggered a clause in Suarez's contract wherein the player is free to talk to the Londoners but the club maintains that it is not his buy out price.<br />
