Wilfried Zaha looks set to be an important part of Manchester United manager David Moyes' first team this coming season. The speedy winger scored a goal during yesterday's 2-2 draw with Cerezo Osaka in a pre-season friendly in Japan.

  • The attacking player has attracted interest from all over England amidst reports that United would let the new signing spend a year on loan for more first team experience.

Zaha, who joined from Crystal Palace only three months ago, had also been linked with a season long loan return to his former club.

Despite that, Zaha is keen to stay at Old Trafford and force his way into Moyes' first team plans.

"My own target for my first season in Manchester is to be able to get minutes," Zaha said. "I don't want to go out on loan or anything. I just want to play when I get the chance."
