Nani, who has been told that he is not guaranteed a first team place at United this season by manager David Moyes, will not be making a move to French giants Monaco after coach Claudio Ranieri insisted Nani is not on his transfer wish list.
The French side have already completed deals to sign Radamel Falcao, Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez this summer; whilst Nani has been linked with a move to the French side for over 3 years.
“No, no, no, just rumours,” Ranieri said. “At this moment we are finished our market but until the end something could happen but no Nani at the moment.”
Monaco are spending big this summer as they pursue the Ligue 1 title that fellow big spenders PSG won last year.
