Uruguayan youngster Diego Laxalt has been signed by Inter from Defensor Sporting for an undisclosed fee. Laxalt has put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Nerazzuri.
The young playmaker is a product of the Defensor youth academy and has been capped at Under-20 level. He made his official first-team debut in September 2012.<br />
The 20-year-old’s move to Inter has been talked about since January but now he has been secured by the club on a five-year deal. Inter confirmed the signing on their official website.<br />
Laxalt had been chased by a host of European clubs, but he decided to complete a move to San Siro and will now join the team for their trip to the USA.
