<strong>Arsenal young defender Ignasi Miquel has left the Emirates to join Championship club Leicester City on loan for the next season.</strong>

The 20 year old's first team chances has been limited to Cup games and only made on appearance in the Premier League last season.<br />

The versatile defender has played as a left back for Arsene Wenger as well in the center of defense.&nbsp;<br />

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson expressed delight at having secured the Spain U 21 international's services for this season.<br />

Pearson told the club's website: "Ignasi is a centre-back with lots of potential and he will give us another option in defence.<br />

"He's very enthusiastic and delighted to be here, which is a big part of taking players on loan for us.<br />

"We'll see how he is with regard to availability and whether he will be part of the squad for Sunday's game against Leeds."
