Chelsea are poised to make a third and final offer for Manchester United's want away striker Wayne Rooney. Chelsea's last bid of £25m plus addons was rejected outright by Manchester United last month.

Jose Mourinho is desperately looking to bolster his front line before transfer deadline day, with Fernando Torres, Romelu Lukaku, and Demba Ba seemingly not good enough for him.&nbsp;<br />

Mourinho said in a press conference that he has other plans should the club fail to sign their main target, Rooney. Chelsea are linked with Anzhi Makhachkala striker Samuel Eto'o as well.&nbsp;<br />

A bid of &pound;30m pounds has been suggested in order to convince the Red Devils to sell.&nbsp;
